Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Karseekr for using LeadWallet β€” what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you when you follow up with your buyers.

About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LeadWallet, a personal follow-up app for independent car sales advisors operated by Karseekr Sdn Bhd ("Karseekr", "we", "us"). By creating a LeadWallet account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LeadWallet.

These Terms work together with the LeadWallet Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle personal data.

Who can use LeadWallet

LeadWallet is intended for car sales advisors using it for legitimate follow-up with their own buyers. You must be of legal age to enter a contract and provide a valid mobile number that you can verify by SMS one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.

Your follow-up book is yours

The customers you record in LeadWallet are your personal follow-up book. We do not take ownership of your buyer relationships, and we do not use the customer details you enter to compete with you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of the buyer details you choose to record.

Advisor Consent Attestation and responsible use

When you capture a customer, you attest that you have an appropriate basis to record their details and follow up with them. You are responsible for that attestation. In particular, you agree to:

  • Only record buyers you have a genuine reason to follow up with.
  • Keep notes professional, relevant, and lawful.
  • Respect any request from a customer to stop contact, or to correct or delete their details, and to record a No-Contact Flag when asked.
  • Comply with applicable law, including the PDPA, in how you contact buyers.

Advisor Consent Attestation (draft wording β€” pending counsel review): "I confirm I have a legitimate relationship with this customer and an appropriate basis to record their details and follow up with them. I will respect any request they make to stop contact or to have their information corrected or deleted."

Messaging and the assisted-WhatsApp boundary

LeadWallet helps you draft and open follow-up messages, including AI-assisted suggestions and assisted WhatsApp. You always review a message and send it yourself from your own device and accounts. LeadWallet does not automatically send messages to buyers on your behalf, and you remain responsible for every message you send.

AI Message Suggestions

AI-assisted suggestions are provided to help you draft messages faster. They are generated from minimal context and may be imperfect or inaccurate. You must review every suggestion before using it, edit it as needed, and use your own judgement. Suggestions are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and Karseekr is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.

Acceptable use and account guardrails

To keep LeadWallet reliable and to prevent abuse, we apply guardrails such as rate limits, per-advisor daily limits on AI suggestions, and kill switches we can use to disable features if needed. You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass these guardrails, scrape data, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or use LeadWallet to harass anyone.

We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these Terms or that put the service, other users, or buyers at risk.

Customer rights and No-Contact requests

Buyers recorded in LeadWallet can ask to access, correct, or delete their details, withdraw consent, or stop being contacted. You agree to record these requests in LeadWallet, set a No-Contact Flag where asked, and stop contacting that buyer. Karseekr support fulfils access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal through admin operations.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your LeadWallet account from inside the app. Karseekr support fulfils the request so deletion can respect audit, retention, billing, and fraud obligations. Some records may be retained where the law requires it, as described in the Privacy Notice.

Service availability and changes

LeadWallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the MVP. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karseekr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of LeadWallet, including losses from messages you send, decisions you make based on suggestions, or interruptions to the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
