By accessing or using the Karseekr platform (karseekr.com), operated by Karseekr Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.
Our Services
Karseekr provides an AI-powered automotive marketplace connecting car buyers with verified dealers in Malaysia. Our services include personalised car recommendations through our AI-powered platform, dealer-to-buyer matching via DealMatch, showroom appointment booking through DriveBuddy, and related automotive services.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, to interfere with platform operations, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Dealer Listings
While we verify dealers on our platform, Karseekr acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy of individual listings, pricing, or vehicle conditions. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making purchasing decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Karseekr platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Karseekr Sdn Bhd and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Karseekr provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
